Meet the Team: Junior Graphic Designer, Taylor Ridgeway

At Plum, we’re reimagining nutrition from the very first bite and using business as a force for good. But we’re also parents and husbands and sisters and snackers and storytellers and Green Bay Packers fanatics (ok, that’s just one of us) who like to bring our dogs to work sometimes. And we’d love for you to get to know us a little better.

Meet Taylor Ridgeway, a talented junior graphic designer who is behind the vibrant Plum packaging that you see on shelves and in your pantry at home. Learn more about this bike-riding artist.

Current city/living set up:
I live in Albany, California and am a big fan of my commute – I get to ride my bike to work!

Life outside of work:
Unsurprisingly, I draw a lot in my free time! But I also do lots of outdoor activities like rollerblading, hiking, camping and mountain biking. I also love music — there’s not a genre that I don’t listen to.

Favorite Plum product?
I love bringing our Mighty Snack Bars when I go camping. They’re portable and delicious, perfect for an on-the-go bite in the woods.

Favorite office snack?
Boiled eggs.

What do you do at Plum?
I’m a junior graphic designer and work on designing and creating 3D renderings of our packaging for pouches and boxed snacks.

What’s the best thing about working here?
The people and culture are great here, and the flexibility we have makes a big difference in my work/life balance. My team is also wonderful, and I have such a friendly and talented manager. I also love volunteering with my colleagues. Having a close-knit community within the creative team makes me excited to come to work!
