Spring Spinach Salad
Steal a squeeze from baby's pouch for this spring salad!
Prep time: 5 minutes
- 1 pouch Apple, Raspberry, Spinach, Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp. minced shallots
- ½ cup white wine vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil
- Pinch salt
- Pinch pepper
- Whisk together Apple, Raspberry, Spinach, Greek Yogurt pouch with shallots, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify the dressing.
- Toss with spinach leaves, raspberries, almonds and feta. Enjoy!
